Who we are

finaXai Pte. Ltd. is based in Singapore. For privacy enquiries, account deletion requests or questions about your information, email info@finaxai.com.

Information you provide

When you register, we process your email address and authentication information through Supabase. Your profile may include your name, user type, onboarding status and saved watchlist. When you contact us, we receive the name, email, company, topic and message you submit. Please do not include passwords, brokerage credentials or sensitive financial records in the contact form.

How we use it

We use this information to create and secure your account, remember your preferences, respond to enquiries and support the early-access service. Creating an account does not sign you up for paid billing or imply consent to unrelated marketing.

Service providers

This website uses Netlify for hosting and contact-form processing, and Supabase for authentication and account data. Contact enquiries may be forwarded to our email inbox. These providers process information as needed to deliver their services, which may involve processing outside your country. This release does not collect payment-card data or activate Stripe subscriptions.

Browser storage

The application uses local browser storage for authentication tokens and session expiry, and session storage for temporary authentication flow information. This keeps you signed in. Signing out clears the session stored by this application. This release does not include advertising pixels or optional analytics scripts in its website code. Hosting and security providers may process technical data needed to operate their services.

Retention and your requests

We retain account and enquiry information for as long as needed for the purposes described here, subject to applicable legal obligations. You can ask to access or correct your information, withdraw consent where applicable, or request deletion by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information we must retain. Do not send identity documents unless requested through an agreed secure channel.

Security and changes

Access to account data is restricted using authentication and database access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will update this notice when the service or its data practices change. Please review it before enabling future paid or additional services.
